Double Solid Yellow Center Line
Two solid yellow lines separating opposing traffic; passing is prohibited from either direction.
Two parallel solid yellow lines mark the centerline of a two-way road where passing is prohibited for traffic in both directions. Drivers in either lane must stay to the right of the double yellow and may not cross it to pass, except for limited situations such as turning into or out of a driveway or alley where local law allows.
